FROSTED SNAKES ... their more then good their GREAT (!)

I went to an art exibit a few months back . It was housed in a Hotel that has now been destroyed, literally .Several artist where supplied with Hotel room which they could then construkt into whatever they could consive .Their where some 'strange' rooms ,personal favorite being two aggesant rooms in which the wall had a massive hole in it & apon walking in you thought their was a mirrowe because they where the same & you expected to see youreself but their was nothing ,in the bathroom also the shower looked asif it had a mirrowe on one wall mirrowing it but you did not see yourself on the otherside . Also rooms with voices , 'eyes' in the wall ..

TARO GOMI COLORING BOOKS -Squiggles/Doodles

Taro Gomi Coloring Books , might quite possibly be the best coloring books made -EVER .With challenges like 'This is going to be very difficult to eat.' and 'What kind of outfit completely covers the person wearing it ?' you can be creative & have to use your mind .It can realy keep you entertained for hours .I have 'Squiggles' and volume two from the first book 'Doodles ' ,'The Doodle Book'. I've hardley put it down since they arrived Yesterday .

My Favorite section in the Book is the 'Let's Design T-shirts ' prompts , in other sections you can fill in oceans with sunken treasure and sea monsters or 'shopping!

I brought my coloring book to TAO ( favorite Asian cuisine in town )

Dad had curry spiced chicken with heaps of vegatables & rice  ,forgot the name /???

I had the penne with peanutsauce /super spicy ,chicken & 'sojasprossen'.

So Yummy .

They arrived just in time for vacation, hence leaving me freedom to colore and draw all the time , but i have to restrain myself because i still want some pages left for the hours spent on the plane next weekend .

MARFA ,TX seems like a unique place . I haven't heard of any other place with something similar to a School Bus turned into a Restaurant ,well sorta .

The charm this little place eminates is so intriging or maby it is just Jane who can make this little town seem much better then any other .

Or maby it's just because i realy need a vacation ,have to endure one more day though.

& in a way it's nice but in a way its depressing .So to show a parody ; in a certain way i just think they are making fun of bloggers , i die , i love this .They show how stupid what bloggers do truely is , alot of girls step onto the street& take pictures of themselfes , these guys prove that it can be a Boys  past time too .

I so wish i could have been in Austin ,TX  for South by Southwest . But i will have to make do with Jane's account or URBAN OUTFITTERS updates.Will be looking into someof the Bands featured there & who ofcourse played at SXSW .(featured above The Happen-Ins // ; Neon Indians ;Local Natives/have them on my playlist their quite great ;just to mention a few ) I will mention any outstanding finds .
Moreover with the two week hiatus school will be taking , a friend is flying out to TX tomorrowe ,he wanted to go for SXSW but couldn't & has someother things to take care of their .I envy him because NY & TX are the two regions i want to travel too right now & his living in NY & being in TX tomorrowe kills me !

I am ;& often am two opposites , I love wearing an old teeshirt with jeans & I live in sneakers . But at the same time I find myself wearing extravaganter things .& wearing more extravagant things is definatly more influencel on others & I enjoy experamenting  but somehow i still tend to realy simple items with a bit of a quirk . I am currently working on bringing both together.
Currently listening to ' Matt & Kim ' , check them out ,they make me want to get up & dance .

I NEED SOME CACTUS

I think some cactus would look great in our backyard ,(our house is realy modern & white with huge windows ) & most of the outside will be grey & so I think they would complement it very well . But they would not survive here & they would die shortly after having been planted .& so posting this Image is the best I can do for now .

I realy want to do a road trip & see Washington State & Texas ,I travelled to so many States but i never got to see Texas or Washington State . Perfect weather for Texas right now warm but with a light breaze , I do not know what the best weather is for Washington State . I don't know alot about that part of  the Country .
Soemthing I love about America though is that each state is so diverse , each is so different from the other .Forinstance Main & South Dakota .I hate that i did not take pictures of all my travels .I only have my memories to take images from & what my mom shot . Most of the things I know about Washington have to do with pictures from twilight & I must say that even if alot about that movie was awkward the senery was mesmerizing .
My family is the typ  that does roadtrips & I was always abit enviouse when my friends where flying to Cancun & Argentina or Columbia & I was going on a roadtrip to Main or Wyoming . But I am so thankful to my father for always animating us to go because we had so much fun & I don't like lying at a beach allday anyway .The initial reason for mentioning this is that now that we are vacationing in Europe i want to do a roadtrip .Figures ,you always want what you cannot have i guess .

TARO GOMI COLORING BOOKS

I realize that i am jumping on the bandwagon by posting about the Taro Gomi Coloring Books but just like  Others i am realy exited about these & very happy that they where brought to my attention . I mean I doodle around aimlessly all the time . This seems like extremly productive doodling & yes you might feel like a child , but hell we still are Children .You can choose 'Scribbles' 'Doodles'&'Squiggles' . I just orderes Doodles & Squiggles //they aren't shipping Scribbles to Europe & i don't understand why .

I am so looking forward to doodling with a purpose , but for now i have to Study .
